Intensive Spanish Course + Spanish Cookery
Spanish cuisine is known throughout the world.
From the famous tapas to the world-known paella, as well as the sangria and the olive oil, Spain has left a mark in the culinary world. We have created this course to serve as an introduction to the Spanish cuisine and as a fun and interesting way to learn an essential aspect of the Spanish Culture.
Schedule
Students joining this course take the Intensive Spanish course, 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. They also have 3 hours of Spanish cookery in the afternoon.
The first class, as an introduction, includes a visit to the supermarket, so that students can learn the names of all basic ingredients. The cooking classes start by demonstrating some of the basics of Spanish cooking and then we move on to more specialized dishes such as paella.
All ingredients are included in the fee and students get to also consume everything cooked during the class.
Start dates
Students can join this class any Monday. Students with NO knowledge of Spanish must start on the dates set for beginner courses by Centro de Idiomas Quorum
Cost
• 1 week: 280 €
• 2 weeks: 475 €
The course fees include level test, course materials, certificates, student card and access to all the school facilities, plus ingredients, use of utensils and the actual cooking!
